Charles Barkley Goes Off On Karl-Anthony Towns And Chris Finch In Post-Game Rant And Has A Point
The playoffs are in full bloom and the animosity between teams is starting to rise.
The Memphis Grizzlies and Minnesota Timberwolves have split the first two games in Memphis, and in the early stages of Game 3 in Minneapolis, Timberwolves All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns made some cocky remarks, while having a comfortable lead.
“We in Minnesota now … we gotta come back to my house now.”

This though came back to bite the Wolves in the ass, and after a 21-0 run in the second half, the Memphis Grizzlies tied the game, before taking the lead and eventually winning the game. After the game, Ja Morant revealed that he was not a fan of the early-game arrogance:
While talking about the game in ‘Inside the NBA’, Charles Barkley then went off on Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch and Karl Anthony Towns.
“They got a coach that last game that let their two players get four fouls in the first half. Tonight he let a 21-0 run, a 21 zip run in a playoff game and did not call a time out. This dude did not call a single time out. This is just embarrassing.”
