Draymond Green Calls For Serious Action Against Fans/Protesters Storming The Floor
Whenever the Minnesota Timberwolves have played in this postseason so far, there have always been some major or minor incidents with protesters.
In the Play-Ins, a protester tried to glue herself on the court. In Game 1, a protester chained herself to the basket. In Games 2 and 3, security could prevent a bigger incident and in Game 4, a protester, dressed as referee stormed the court.
Animal rights groups like Direct Action have been targeting Timberwolves games because of Wolves owner Glen Taylor, who owns an egg factory farm. The protests originated after an alleged mass killing of chickens at the factory egg farm in Iowa, due to the bird flu.
Draymond Green thinks something should be done about protesters storming the court, and called for these people to be prosecuted:
“They have to start prosecuting these people. Only a matter of time before someone hit them. Then the athlete gets sued.”
