Patrick Beverley Fires Back At Danny Green After Green Called Him Out For Criticizing Chris Paul
Patrick Beverley has taken the spotlight on just about every ESPN program ever since the Phoenix Suns got knocked out of the playoffs following an embarrassing output against the Dallas Mavericks in Game 7 of the Western Conference semifinals.
Beverley made a ton of comments about Chris Paul particularly. But one that left a number of people outraged is when Beverley referred to the Suns point guard as a ‘cone’ on defense and suggested that CP3 is a poor defensive player.
Philadelphia 76ers shooting guard Danny Green caught the wind of Beverley’s criticism, and eventually decided to put Beverley on blast.
“People target you, too, Pat Bev,” Green said on Inside The Green Room with Danny Green. “You ain’t playing no f—— defense out there. You ain’t stopping Luka. Time and time again, I’ve seen Luka call you’re a– ‘little man, ‘he’s too f—— small’ and go right at you every chance he got.”

Shortly after Green called out Beverley for criticizing Paul’s defense, the Timberwolves defensive guard went to Twitter, sharing two pictures to remind Green that he’s far from being the player that he was portraying.
