Crazy Kevin Durant To Denver Nuggets Trade Conspiracy Actually Makes Sense

In a surprising turn of events, former league MVP Kevin Durant has requested a trade from the Brooklyn Nets just days after teammate Kyrie Irving decided to exercise his 2022-23 player option. Nets general manager Sean Marks is now working with Durant and his business manager to find a trade partner.

The 33-year old superstar reportedly named the Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat as his preferred destinations – two teams that clinched the first seed in their respective conferences during the recent NBA season.

Of course, while Durant is hoping to join either Phoenix or Miami, that doesn’t stop anyone else from advocating for him to join their team.

A very interesting ‘conspiracy theory’ now laid out the plan to acquire KD for one of these other franchises.

Denver Post’s Mike Singer now connectied the dots and revealed the Denver Nuggets’ picture perfect plan to bring in KD.

“I don’t really subscribe to conspiracy theories, but the #Nuggets have now landed one of KD’s mentees (Watson), one of his best friends (DeAndre), another former teammate (Brown) & already had one of his friends (Jeff Green) on the team. And that’s before you get to the 2x MVP,” Singer said.

Upon seeing this crazy theory, NBA Twitter had to react, as you can imagine. Surprisingly fans seemed to love the idea of Jokic and Durant teaming up.
