D’Angelo Russell Throws Shade On Nick Young Over Boxing Challenge: “My Name Keep Dude Relevant”
Back in 2016, D’Angelo Russell secretly filmed Nick Young apparently confessing to cheating on his then-fiancée Iggy Azalea. The video somehow got leaked and ultimately caused a rift between the two NBA players.
Years since the controversial issue, it appears that the animosity between Russell and Young hasn’t settled yet, with the 37-year old former Lakers guard recently naming Russell as one player he’d like to fight in a boxing ring.
The current Timberwolves point guard has now caught the wind of Young’s statement and decided to fire back on Twitter. Russell didn’t mention any name, but it was assumed that he was referring to his former teammate.
“My name keep dude relevant, and I’m going to grave with ‘I ain’t do that shit'”
