Jason Kidd Threw Christian Wood Under The Bus After Embarrassing Loss To OKC

In his time as a head coach, Jason Kidd has amassed multiple reports of him isolating players, throwing temper tantrums, and throwing players under the bus from time to time.

And while things have been pretty quiet around him ever since he joined the Dallas Mavericks, the former star point guard now singled out Christian Wood after their embarrassing loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The tanking Thunder were down by 16 points with four minutes left on the clock, but turned things around and celebrated a huge comeback victory in overtime.

But who’s to blame? Well, Jason Kidd believes it’s Christian Wood. 

Jason Kidd made a point to mention that the Mavs tried a different closing lineup during the clutch meltdown vs. Thunder. “We left C Wood out there with that group and it didn’t go well on either end,” Kidd said.
