Did LeBron James Call Out Lakers Front Office? “I’m Close To An End. B*tch, I’m A Vet, Show Some F**king Respect”
After failing to make the NBA playoffs last season, the Los Angeles Lakers made a big change at the head coach position, as they moved on from Frank Vogel to Darvin Ham. They also focused on bringing in younger and athletic role players this season as opposed to the year prior.
But while the Lakers attempted to get better, the team hasn’t performed according to plan and currently sits well out of the playoffs as the 12th seed with a 13-17 record.
After an impressive streak, Anthony Davis suffered an injury and will miss an extended period of time. LeBron James, who’s still putting up very impressive numbers in year 20, isn’t able to solely carry a subpar team with no shooting by himself any more, and should not be expected to.
James himself however doesn’t seem to be too happy about the current state of the Lakers – at least when we read between the lines in his newest instagram stories.
LeBron appeared to voice his frustrations hidden under song lyrics, while heavily calling out the Lakers’ front office.
I’m scratchin’ my head,
I’m rubbin’ my chin
This ain’t the way it was supposed to be, supposedly,
I’m close to an end
Don’t push me,
I’m close to the edge, no rookie
B*tch, I’m a vet, show
some f**kin’ respect!
