Alabama Forward Darius Miles Reportedly Charged With Capital Murder
The University of Alabama Basketball department has received horrible news yesterday.
Their junior forward, Darius Miles has been charged with capital murder. The basketball player was one of two men charged in the fatal shooting that took place in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, early Sunday morning, that led to the tragic death of a 23-year-old woman.

In response, Alabama has scrubbed Miles’ biography from the team’s site and released a statement:

Miles had played in 53 games over his three-year career with Alabama, averaging 4.2 points and 2.3 rebounds in 11.3 minutes per game during that time.
