In 2003, LeBron James led his East squad to a 122-107 win over the West, while earned the MVP award after finishing with 27 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in the McDonald’s All-American Game.

Now, 20 years later, LeBron’s eldest son ‘Bronny’ also was an McDonald’s All-American, and while he didn’t win MVP like his father, nor the game, James Jr. impressed with 15 points on five threes, while playing hard defense throughout the game.
