Nikola Jokic has been otherworldly in this year’s playoffs, almost averaging a 30-point triple double on ridiculous efficiency.
The Joker has made dominating and winning in the playoffs look so easy that many pundits have begun to seriously gush about his talent.
After Jokic finished the Nuggets’ Game 2 loss with 41 points but only four assists, Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra was asked if keeping Jokic’s passes off the score sheet the way to beat the Denver Nuggets, by Ramona Shelburne.
While it indeed does seem like a legitimate question to ask, Spoelstra shut it down immediately.
“That’s ridiculous. That’s the untrained eye that says something like that. This guy’s an incredible player, twice in two seasons he’s been the best player on this planet.”
