Ja Morant Breaks Silence Following 25-Game Suspension And Apologizes

Earlier today, the NBA revealed via press release, that Memphis Grizzlies All-Star Ja Morant will face a 25-game suspension, for once again wielding a firearm on social media. The NBA also stated that his return to action is connected to certain requirements.

Now, the man in question, Ja Morant, also released a statement. The young superstar apologized and vouched to make it up to his team, his fans and the NBA:

 

“I’ve had time to reflect and I realize how much hurt I’ve caused. I want to apologize to the NBA, the Grizzlies, my teammates and the city of Memphis…”
