In 2005, Stephen A Smith joined ESPN and has climbed up the ladder ever since.

This not only led to Smith becoming the face of the network, but also to him becoming the highest-paid sportscaster ever. But this doesn’t change the fact that Smith remains a controversial personality, mostly due to his hot takes.

However, Smith is currently facing backlash for a different reason, and has to do with him taking his talents to coaching. Partnering with IMG Academy in Florida for a weeklong summer basketball camp, Smith has set the price for campers at a staggering $2,899.

As you can imagine, this has led to NBA Twitter ripping Smith for the insane price tag.
