As the NBA announced the starting players for the 2024 All-Star game, everyone expected the usual stars. However, there was a surprise in the voting results, as Milwaukee Bucks bench player Thanasis Antetokounmpo got a few votes.
Thanasis isn’t famous for his on-court production. Instead, he’s important in the locker room, cheers enthusiastically from the bench, and helps keep his brother Giannis Antetokounmpo happy and controlled.
Despite this, three NBA players still voted for Thanasis to start in the All-Star game this season.
“There were three NBA players who cast a ballot saying Thanasis Antetokounmpo should start the All-Star Game.”

“Coincidentally there are 3 Antetokounmpos in the league,” One fan joked.
