On Tuesday night, the New York Knicks kicked off a six-game homestand with an impressive 118-103 win against the Utah Jazz, extending their winning streak to eight games.
With OG Anunoby and Julius Randle missing the game due to injuries, Donte DiVincenzo showed off, and finished with 33 points (11-of-22 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), five rebounds, four assists, four steals, one block, and nine 3-pointers in 39 minutes.
Everybody in the Garden was all smiles. The fans chanted that they wanted to see Taj Gibson, and coach Tom Thibodeau made their wish come true. Everybody was having fun, and this included Mike Breen on the commentary.
As Jazz guard Collin Sexton tried to trash talk Jalen Brunson, Mike Breen took a hilarious shot at him.
“Lot of talk after a 1-for-10 game last night!”

Breen was referring to Sexton’s stinker against the Nets on Monday night, where the point guard only was able to make one of his 10 shots, finishing with a disappointing six points.
However, even though it was a losing effort, Sexton personally found back on track and finished with an efficient 22 points (7-of-13 FGs, 6-of-8 FTs), three rebounds, seven assists, and two 3-pointers in 27 minutes in the Garden.
