Anthony Edwards continues to be one of the most talked-about stars in the NBA, and deservedly so. The young guard is living up to the high expectations set for him as the former No. 1 overall pick, and is now blossoming into a true superstar in the eyes of many as he leads the Minnesota Timberwolves to the top of the Western Conference.
Many people have shared their thoughts on Edwards, often comparing him to other NBA superstars. One such contribution comes from former Sacramento Kings point guard Jason Williams, also known as “White Chocolate.”
Williams, who played against many superstars and legends during his time in the NBA, has watched Edwards’ performance and now compares him to one of the top shooting guards of his era in Tracy McGrady.
“I like Ant Man too. I like everything you said was true but I see a lot of T-Mac in Ant Man just from the point as it looks so easy to these dudes, it’s almost like the normal person is like they’re not even trying…. So I think maybe Ant Man’s a little more twitchy, more bouncy. Even though T-Mac had bounce, but more explosive. You know what I’m saying? I think maybe, than T-Mac, but I see a lot of similarities there. Do I think T-Mac is better than Ant Man? Lets don’t get it twisted. He’s got a long way to go before he passes, but he’s got a real good chance too.”
