We’re officially living in a simulation!

Shaquille O’Neal has released a diss track targeting Shannon Sharpe. The track, which has quickly gone viral, marks a new chapter in the ongoing feud between the two sports personalities.

The beef between O’Neal and Sharpe began after Sharpe criticized O’Neal’s comments regarding Nikola Jokic’s MVP win, suggesting that Shaq was envious of Jokic’s success. Sharpe’s remarks on his podcast “The Nightcap” did not sit well with O’Neal, who took to social media to express his displeasure.

In response, O’Neal, who is no stranger to the rap game, decided to hit the studio and lay down a track that pulls no punches. The diss track, titled “You’re Way Beneath Me,” features sharp lyrics that take aim at Sharpe’s career and character. With lines like “Oh, no Shannon Sharpe you’re way beneath me / Your whole demeanor is faker than new rapper beef be,” Shaq makes it clear that he’s not holding back

.

While it remains to be seen how Sharpe will respond, one thing is certain: Shaquille O’Neal knows how to stay in the spotlight, whether it’s on the basketball court or behind the mic.
