Before the Orlando Magic’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers tonight, Magic center Goga Bitadze made headlines with his candid remarks about the Clippers’ new state-of-the-art Intuit Dome.
When asked if he’s looking forward to play in the new arena, Bitadze expressed his preference for older, more worn-down facilities, saying,
“I don’t like these new arenas, honestly. I would prefer the arenas with broken glasses and broken windows, that’s what I’m used to back home. I haven’t even looked at it yet, but I mean, it’s good for Clippers fans, but not for me…”

Bitadze has been making a name for himself in the NBA with his impressive performances on the court. Since stepping up in the absence of star player Paolo Banchero, he has been a key contributor for the Magic, showcasing his skills on both ends of the floor. While he may prefer the old-school charm of broken windows and cracked glass, his performance on the court is anything but outdated.
