Glen “Big Baby” Davis’ Prison Menu Is Not Exactly Bodybuilder-Friendly

TMZ Sports recently obtained the menu for former NBA player Glen “Big Baby” Davis’ first few weeks in prison, and it’s safe to say it’s not exactly conducive to his fitness goals.

Davis, who began serving a 40-month sentence in October for defrauding the NBA’s health care benefits plan, had previously expressed his intention to use his time behind bars to focus on fitness and transform his body.

The menu for Davis’ first week included carb-heavy options like pizza, lasagna, tacos, and alfredo. While these dishes might be comforting, they are far from ideal for someone looking to build muscle and stay in shape. The second week offered slightly healthier choices, such as turkey, steak, and roast beef, but the overall menu still leaned heavily towards high-carb meals.

On a positive note, breakfast and lunch provided some better choices, including fruit, oatmeal, and protein sandwiches, which could help fuel workouts and support muscle maintenance. However, the dinner options remained less than ideal for someone aiming to achieve a bodybuilder physique.
