Anonymous NBA Executive Urges LeBron James To Join De’Aaron Fox And Domantas Sabonis In Sacramento

With the Los Angeles Lakers struggling once again and showing little improvement over last season, it raises the idea of whether LeBron James might consider joining another team instead of waiting for the Lakers to turn things around.

While LeBron is close to retiring, he’s still putting up 23.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game on 49.5% shooting from the field. Numbers like that prove he’s far from done, showing the level of production that not only makes him a top option for any team but could push franchises to gut their roster for a chance at him, even if just for a season or two.

With this in mind, an anonymous NBA executive believes it’s time for LeBron to ask for a trade and join the Sacramento Kings. Despite bringing in DeMar DeRozan this offseason, the Kings haven’t been anything special and could benefit from a major move. Could this be the moment where LeBron and the Kings see eye to eye?

Per Heavy.com:

“LeBron would take Fox and Sabonis and elevate the hell out of them — particularly Fox. With that threesome, those guys could be a force.”
