Noushin Faraji, a former Fox Sports hairstylist, has filed a 42-page lawsuit alleging that a network executive used his position to sexually harass women and that she refused a $1.5 million offer from former FS1 host Skip Bayless to have sex with him.
The lawsuit claims that Faraji faced repeated unwanted advances from Bayless and that she was ultimately fired for pretextual reasons after refusing his advances.
Per Front Office Sports:
“Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr. Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”
The lawsuit also includes allegations against other Fox Sports executives and personalities, highlighting a toxic work environment at the network.
Fox Sports host Joy Taylor, has been named in a lawsuit filed by Faraji, alleding that Taylor engaged in sexual relationships with several prominent executives and personalities at the network to advance her career.

In the suit, Faraji also revealed that when she relayed a sexual harrassement encounter, where Dixon, the head of content for FS1, grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party, to Taylor, she allegedly told her to “get over it,”.
The entire lawsuit paints a grim picture of a toxic work environment at Fox Sports, with allegations of sexual harassment, bullying, and abuse of power by executives and on-air talent. Faraji claims that her complaints were dismissed and that she faced retaliation for speaking out.
