In the wake of a bombshell lawsuit filed by former Fox Sports hairdresser Noushin Faraji, Fox Sports has made its stance on Joy Taylor clear. Despite the serious allegations against Taylor, the network allowed her to continue hosting her show, “Speak,” on Monday.
The lawsuit, which also names Fox Sports personalities Skip Bayless and executive Charlie Dixon, accuses Taylor of workplace misconduct, including fostering inappropriate relationships to advance her career. Faraji claims that Taylor dismissed her concerns about Dixon’s alleged misconduct at a party, telling her to “get over it”.
Despite the gravity of the accusations, Taylor appeared on “Speak” alongside her co-hosts Keyshawn Johnson, Paul Pierce, and Michael Irvin, proceeding with the show as if nothing had happened.

This decision has drawn criticism from fans and observers who believe that Taylor should have been taken off the air while the allegations are being investigated.
Fox Sports released a statement saying, “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation”.
The network has yet to make any public moves to suspend or remove Taylor from her position, indicating that they are allowing the legal process to unfold before taking any definitive action.
