Tensions ran high at Madison Square Garden last night following the New York Knicks’ loss to the Golden State Warriors.
As the final buzzer sounded, Draymond Green was seen exchanging handshakes and sharing laughs with several Knicks players, which seemed to irk Towns, who walked off the court visibly frustrated;

The incident comes amid lingering tension between Towns and Green. Earlier this season, Green made controversial comments about Towns, accusing him of avoiding a matchup with former teammate Jimmy Butler. Although Green later expressed sympathy upon learning Towns had missed the game due to a personal loss, the remarks appeared to leave a lasting impression.
Towns, who delivered a stellar performance with 29 points and 13 rebounds, seemed to channel his frustration into his gameplay during the heated contest. However, his post-game exit raised questions about the Knicks’ locker room dynamics.
