Dell And Sonya Curry To Flip A Coin Before Each Game To Pick Which Son To Root For

Not that Stephen Curry has already set enough historic records, but he’s part of one once again.

With the Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers reaching the Western Conference Finals, two brothers will face each other for the first time at this stage of the playoffs – Stephen and Seth Curry.

While it definitely is a very proud moment for their parents, Sonya and Dell, it also makes it kind of tricky for the Curry parents, who are normally used to support Stephen, this late into the postseason.

But the two have figured out a solution and will be flipping a coin before each game to figure out which sone they’ll be supporting.

Per ESPN:

“It’s a first experience for all of us,” (Dell Curry) added. “Biggest thing is we are trying to decide who represents who.”

Sonya Curry has a solution for which parent will wear Blazers colors and which will wear Warriors gear.

“We are flipping a coin every game,” she said.
