Richard Jefferson Called Out LeBron James For Never Participating In Dunk Contest: “LeBron Was 100% Afraid’
Richard Jefferson was one of the most articulate and well-spoken people in the entire NBA, but also one of its biggest savages ever – something that has continued in his second career as broadcaster and TV personality.
With the All-Star Weekend nearing, and people starting to put their names in the ‘Slam Dunk Contest Hat’, Zion Williamson and Obi Toppin seem to be the most named candidates.
On ESPN’s ‘The Jump’, Jefferson revealed he’d rooting for Toppin, while calling out LeBron James for never participating in an NBA dunk contest, saying James was afraid and didn’t have ‘that sexiness’ for it.
RJ: “If Zion doesn’t do it, he is afraid. I am going to call it out.”
KP: “You can’t do that because you wouldn’t dare call LeBron afraid. He never entered the Slam Dunk Contest,”
RJ: “LeBron was 100% afraid. He didn’t want that. He didn’t have that sexiness.”
