Kawhi Leonard’s New ‘Kawhi II’ Signature Shoe Is Money… Literally!

In 2019, Kawhi Leonard was the league’s best player and biggest star without a shoe deal (his Jordan Brand deal had expired earlier that year), or signature shoe. 

That’s why New Balance, in their quest to re-establish themselves in the basketball world, went all in and signed the then-Raptor to a deal.

Now, three years later New Balance debuted Leonard’s brand new Kawhi II sneakers. And it is money… literally, the inspiration of the shoe’s design stems from the $100 bill.
