Glen Davis Violated Bail Conditions Again When He Was In Boston For Game 4 – Federal Judge: “You Have Fouled Out”
Glen Davis has been very present in the media for all the wrong reasons in these past few years. Ever since retiring, Big Baby seems to be catching L after L.
Remember when Davis was caught on National TV trying to move to better seats during the Celtics Nets game earlier this year?
“Oh these y’all’s seats? Alright.”
ESPN cut to Glen Davis getting kicked out of a seat that he tried to move to during Sunday’s Celtics-Nets game

While it certainly had heaps of meme potential, it led to some serious problems for Davis. Him being in Boston at all, no matter in which seat, without the court’s permission was a violation of Big Baby’s bail terms.
Davis was one of 18 former NBA players that were arrested for defrauding the NBA’s Health and Welfare Benefit Plan last year. Back then, Davis was able to post $200,000 bail, but under the terms of his agreement, he must remain in either New York or California unless given permission to travel elsewhere.
This is why it was even more interesting to see Davis in Boston for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals game against Miami this past Monday.
Per BroBible:
“According to Law360, that decision did not sit well with the magistrate presiding over the bail hearing he appeared at the following day. It would appear the increasingly hot water Davis found himself in on Tuesday is reaching a boiling point, as U.S. District Court Judge Valerie Caproni has threatened to revoke his bail and throw him in jail if he’s found guilty of another violation
The outlet also says the judge couldn’t stop herself from deploying some basketball terminology while issuing the warning, as she reportedly used the term “fouled out” while stressing Davis won’t receive any more second chances.”
