On Sunday, the Miami Heat unveiled a statue in honor of basketball legend Dwyane Wade, a symbol of his incredible contributions to the team that he led to three NBA Championships. However, what was meant to be a moment of celebration and reverence quickly turned into a comedic spectacle, as the statue’s likeness to Wade was, well, not exactly spot on.
Even Wade himself couldn’t help but join in on the fun, opening up his speech by asking who that guy was:
“Alright, that’s crazy. I cannot believe it. Who is this guy?”
