In a hilarious segment on “Inside the NBA” yesterday, Shaquille O’Neal, Ernie Johnson, and Jalen Rose took turns roasting Charles Barkley’s new reading glasses. The trio couldn’t resist poking fun at Chuck’s spectacles, which he brought out to review the NBA standings.
Shaq was the first to jump in, comparing Chuck’s glasses to something you might eat for Thanksgiving.
“What am I eating for Thanksgiving?” Shaq quipped, adding, “They futuristic a** glasses.”
Ernie Johnson joined in, asking if the glasses were welding glasses and joking that Chuck looked like Madea.
“On those sunny days in Phoenix, you can see Chuck burning up those anthills with that sun out there,” Ernie teased.
Jalen Rose couldn’t resist either, questioning if the glasses were welding glasses and making a playful jab at Chuck’s struggle to read the standings.
“Are those welding glasses?” Jalen asked, causing the entire crew to burst into laughter.
Despite the ribbing, Barkley tried to steer the conversation back to the NBA standings, but the jokes kept coming.
“You already got glasses fool, you don’t need two pairs,” Barkley retorted, but it was clear he was enjoying the banter as much as everyone else.
