In Friday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets, Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant once again broke his bold promise. This time however, he hilariously let his teammates know upfront.
Earlier this month, Morant announced that he would no longer dunk, aiming to avoid injuries and extend his career. However Morant quickly broke his promise when he delivered an electrifying dunk that left fans in awe against the Boston Celtics last week.
Then, last night, despite his intentions, Morant found himself in a situation where he again felt compelled to throw down a dunk against the Nets. The star guard forced a turnover, and before slamming it down, he pointed at the Grizzlies bench with a cheeky grin on his face.
