In a light-hearted moment during the Denver Nuggets’ 128-108 loss to the Houston Rockets, Russell Westbrook had everyone in stitches with his hilarious exchange with Jalen Green. The veteran guard couldn’t help but roast Green after the young Rockets star trash-talked him during the game.
“God damn boy. He used to play on my AAU team talking to me like I’m a little ass kid,”
Westbrook said, addressing the Rockets’ bench. The comment caught Green off guard and prompted laughter from almost everyone on the bench, including Rockets head coach Ime Udoka.

In the game, Jalen Green was the standout player of the night, putting up an impressive 34 points on 10 of 16 shooting from the field. Westbrook poured in 17 points for the Nuggets, who did not have a chance without their star player Nikola Jokic.
