Donovan Mitchell’s Utah Jazz Jerseys Already Selling On “Former Players” Rack
Donovan Mitchell is on the radar of many NBA teams, after the Utah Jazz have made him available for a possible trade.
Following their disappointing exit from the recent NBA playoffs, the Utah Jazz have gone for a fresh new start and already traded away All-Star center Rudy Gobert for a vast array of draft picks.
Mitchell averaged 25.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game on 44.8% shooting from the field this regular season while leading the Jazz to the fifth seed in the Western Conference.
He then capped off the NBA playoffs with averages of 25.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.7 assists on 39.8% shooting as the Jazz lost to the Dallas Mavericks in six games of the first-round.
Mitchell is one of the top shooting guards in the league and is yet to enter the prime years of his career. This is the reason why the Jazz want a lot in return, but also the reason so many teams have shown interest.
But while Mitchell still is a Utah Jazz player as of today, a merch store in Salt Lake City has already put his jerseys on the ‘former players’ rack.
